2021-2023
The years of great change.
Lost loved ones, changed careers, moved, got engaged and married, had our 2nd baby.
After reflection and serious thought, I'd like to expand with my massage career again to gain flexibility being a mom and put my nursing career on hold.
Currently looking for a great location or someone willing to take me under their wing in Monticello as I figure out how to balance my new family life with my biggest passion; massage therapy.
Up until 2021:
“Every body deserves a massage,” says Dahlheimer, “Massage helps to relieve muscle tension, nourish the skin and increase energy to name a few benefits.”
After completing her Associates of Applied Science in Massage in 2008, Dahlheimer upholds the values to maintain Nationally Board Certification in Massage Therapy and continues to personally maintain/strive towards the highest standards in education.
Elizabeth Mae Dahlheimer has been practicing massage therapy since June 2008. She has worked doing out-calls, and with a Well known Chiropractor in Northern MN for her first couple years. She completed LPN school in July of 2010 and spent 5 years at Saint Cloud Hospital as an LPN in the Neurology Spine and Stroke unit. She was also running her own massage business for a few years in a clinic location, Suite 117, at the Midtown Square Mall in Saint Cloud Minnesota. With starting College again she had to step back from her business and did some practice with Massage Envy for a year. Dahlheimer finished her RN the summer of 2015 and worked with Central Minnesota Mental Health Center.
She then moved to Bemidji to be closer to family and worked for Sanford ER, as a first assist, then for CBHH. She also spent time doing casual massages for the skin company. All while starting a family.
“I've had to take a step back from my business, but now that I am working as an RN and I've been able to figure out how to be a mom, I can once again focus/expand Aceso Massage Therapy, and continue to increase massage education, not only for myself, but also for my clients,” says Dahlheimer.

Practice Philosophy:
Do unto other as you wish to have done unto you!
Why I do what I do:
I have loved massages ever since my first massage at 14. I realized how amazing one can feel after simply being touched/massaged for an hour, and I have always liked to share this feeling with others around me.
A little bit about me:
I grew up in northern Minnesota in a small town called Becida (about 10 miles from Itasca State Park) in the middle of nowhere, and loved it. Anything I can do to be outdoors is fun for me, from camping to sports to just lying in the sun and reading a good book.
I’m also a family person, I understand how important family is and I try to visit them in Bemidji as much as I can. My family has always been very supportive and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.
I have a dog named Sammy and she is awesome, she is my family and we go on mini adventures every day.
Since completing RN school, I currently work 3/4-time with CBHH as RN and I'm determined to spend my extra time doing what I love, massage; and sharing/helping my clients.
As busy as I try to stay, I also plan to spend at least one day a week on just me, (I call it Beth Day) because I believe that it is important to find time for yourself to keep your life well balanced!
